FPT Services opens the 3rd Apple service center

In the morning of October 3, FPT Services held an opening ceremony of the first Apple service center in HCMC and the 3rd one nationwide.

The center is located at 72B Dinh Tien Hoang (Da Kao Ward, District 1). The center is designed according to Apple standards from signs, layouts to arrangement. 

FPT Services will give warranties to and repair genuine Apple products such as iPhone, iMac, iPod, iPad, Apple TV under the international warranty conditions of Apple firm. The company will still give warranties to products from abroad if owners keep their valid documents such as bills from authorized dealers of Apple, which are used to determine eligibility for warranty.

However, FPT Services does not receive unlocked products during the warranty period.  Products which are immersed in liquid or broken or bent will not be given warranties to.

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Vietnam, FPT Services only recognizes errors, checks warranty conditions and gives warranties according to Apple’s regulations. If products are not eligible for warranty or not in the warranty coverage, the center will give advice as well as provide repair and replacement services. 

 

As a long-time, trusted partner in the service sector, FPT Services plans to expand its operational area in order to bring customers a reliable network which specializes in warranty and repair services for Apple products. 

In July, the company also officially ran 2 new offices in Dong Nai and Binh Du.
