FPT signed on to and deployed many important projects at home and abroad

In the domestic market, FPT has many opportunities to outsource IT. Recently, the Ministry of Transportation chose FPT to deploy a pilot project to build traffic supervision system for the Bai-Phu Tho and Ninh Binh-Phap Van highways.

Of the e-booking system project for Vietnam Railways, FPT has completed all equipment solutions & technology in order to put the system into operation. It is expected that passengers will be able to print their own tickets starting in September 2015.

In overseas markets, one of FPT’s noteworthy projects is the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) project for the United Paint Group – the leading paint corporation in Myanmar.
FPT was chosen over giants from Myanmar, Singapore and the Philippines to win this contract. This will also be the first large SAP project to be carried out in Myanmar to benefit the private business sector.

FPT is one of just a few businesses to be in the good graces of the Myanmar government and this has resulted in many big contracts, one being the installation of the BTS (Base Transceiver Station) for ITAH and UPG.

In 2014, FPT’s global activity increased significantly resulting in a 37% increase in foreign revenue and 14 projects in Philippines, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Singapore and Myanmar.
