FPT Slovakia, part of FPT, has named five outstanding individuals as Top Performers 2025. This annual award recognizes those with exceptional contributions to the company’s overall goals, while also serving as a source of inspiration and a driving force for sustainable development.
Based on a comprehensive evaluation framework, candidates were assessed across multiple dimensions, including business development, professional contributions, personal development, work attitude, and roles in community support and brand ambassadorship. This year’s five honorees each bring a unique success story, united by a shared spirit of dedication.

Baška (right).
Baška, a Human Resources Analytics Specialist at FPT Slovakia, is likened to a finely tuned Power BI dashboard—energized and precise. She has the ability to transform complex data “bottlenecks” into clear, accessible reports. Combining composure, confidence, humor, and refined uniqueness, she pays close attention to detail not only at work but in all aspects of life.
She connects seemingly distant domains such as AI, legal, payroll, technology skills, and human factors. By modernizing processes and setting new quality standards for teams, she fosters trust and a sense of community—elements that cannot be programmed. Her creative and fresh perspectives are helping drive FPT into a new era where data goes hand in hand with clarity, quality, and trust in processes.

Ján Piroško (Johny – right).
Ján Piroško (Johny), a creative bridge-builder and dedicated mentor, is a trusted colleague known for connecting teams, innovating processes, and supporting professional growth. As a testing consultant, he introduced automation into the S4 United project, significantly reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency. He also contributed to developing a Service Desk process now widely adopted across the company.
Johny is an enthusiastic mentor in the internal Tosca Academy, strengthening collaboration and team spirit. Beyond work, he brings people together through homemade dishes such as focaccia and French éclairs, creating a warm and engaging team environment.

Peter Faith.
Peter Faith, known as the “SAP BTP Guru,” exemplifies a combination of outstanding performance and exemplary work ethic. He has demonstrated that new technologies and unexpected challenges are not barriers but opportunities for growth. With professionalism and immediate adaptability, Peter has received numerous positive feedback from clients and colleagues.
As a master of SAP BTP, he not only supports and mentors but also motivates the team with his expertise and positive mindset. His contributions extend beyond delivering excellent results to inspiring those around him.

Jozef Pidík (right).
Jozef Pidík, often referred to as the “alien” of the Datasphere project, is humorously known within FPT Slovakia as the person to call whenever a problem arises. He is seen as the “brain and heart” of the project, consistently finding solutions to complex challenges and driving significant progress.
Beyond his role as a mentor sharing knowledge, Jozef continuously learns and experiments. Notably, through his relationships and personal credibility, he has brought new business opportunities to FPT.
Colleagues jokingly describe him: “There’s an alien working in our company. He solves problems before you even finish explaining them, with the calmness of a Brit and knowledge you can’t find even in NASA’s classified documents.”

Miro Gaľaš (yellow shirt).
Miro Gaľaš, a high-speed “rocket” performer, quickly established himself as a trusted expert among colleagues and clients thanks to his rapid onboarding and strong self-learning ability. He continuously introduces new ideas and improvements that are applied in practice by clients, while also creating valuable training materials to help new colleagues quickly master their work.
His professionalism, “never say no” attitude, and ability to build a true team environment have helped FPT Slovakia not only secure new contracts but also strengthen its reputation as a reliable partner. Clients have even expressed personal appreciation and sent gifts to Miro—clear recognition of his contributions.
A company representative noted that the Top Performer 2025 award is not only a well-deserved recognition for outstanding individuals but also a reaffirmation of the core values of FPT Slovakia: continuous innovation, people development, and future creation. These “bright stars” embody dedication, professionalism, and passion, inspiring all employees to build a stronger and more advanced FPT Slovakia.
