'FPT Software Da Nang achieves dizzy growth’

“Over the past 10 years, FPT Software Da Nang has made great strides to assert its position in the central region. From some dozens of people at 51 Nguyen Van Linh, several hundred people at Vinh Trung Plaza building, the company has 1,500 employees at present," said Ms Vo Thi Chau Thanh, QA Department."

 

In 2006, Ms. Thanh was suddenly admitted after a quick interview during the OpenDay held at Pedagogical University of Da Nang. Without the best mental preparation, the girl ever intended to refuse that chance as she thought that FPT environment required pressure and the company was far in distance. "At that time, I planned to look for my career opportunities in a Japanese company in HCMC after finishing my study. But after getting my instructor’s advice about FPT’s environment and salary, I decided to join this company," said Ms. Vo Thi Chau Thanh, QA Department.

 

In the 10th Anniversary celebration, FPT Software Da Nang honored individuals who had worked for 10 years here and made remarkable contributions.  From some dozens of people working at 51 Nguyen Van Linh, several hundred people at Vinh Trung Plaza building, the company has 1,500 employees at present.

"The work environment is very friendly while people always help each other. Each individual has the opportunity to promote their own abilities. The company also creates good conditions for me to improve my skills. Besides, my personality is also bettered from a hot tempered man to a calm one. In addition, after nearly 10 years of working at FPT Software Da Nang, I have had some travel within and outside the country," shared she.

About FPT Complex, Ms. Thanh affirmed the project was very important for the development strategy of the company despite further distance.

Also with 10 years of working at FPT Software Da Nang, Mr. Tran Duy Tien, FSU17.BU20 was so proud of the growth of the company. In his own opinion, in the future, FPT Complex continued to become the symbol of the central region.
Knowing FPT Software Da Nang in 2005 through some friends, Mr. Tien was quickly fascinated by the enthusiasm and STCo songs. In 2006, he officially became a member of F family. "After completing the task in Japan, I returned to FPT Software Danang early 2008. At that time the company was about to move from Nguyen Van Linh to Vinh Trung Plaza building. Then the company has incredibly grown up and gained the dizzy HR growth. Until now, FPT Da Nang building has 1,500 people".

 

"I feel everything is good, my work is comfortable and consistent with my own professional knowledge. Over 10 years of working here, I am not afraid of speaking to foreigners or working with them. I am also particularly impressed with STCo culture from the first working days," shared he.

 

 

Not being directly involved in production, Nguyen Huu Phong, a culture staff of FPT Software Da Nang plays an important role in organizing amusement activities and preserves the cultural values ​​of the company. "The good working environment and appropriate policies have helped promote my ability". 

 

 According to Mr. Phong, FPT Software Da Nang is in fine form, both leadership and employees are vey spirited. This encourages talented young people passionate about cultural activities. "Leaders need pay more attention to the spiritual life, compensation policies and benefits in order that all employees become fond of the company to conquer new challenges," said he.
