FPT Software re-appraised at CMMI Level 5

FPT Software has been re-appraised at level 5 v1.3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for software.

The appraisal was performed by Quality Assurance Institute (QAI). This assessment validates FPT Software’ process capability at the highest level based on the CMMI standards that measure process improvements.

"The appraisal at level 5 v1.3 of the CMMI is very important to FPT Software. The project was completed in one year and a week, while QAI Global suggested it should be done in 2 years," said Do Van Khac, Vice President of FPT Software.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a process level improvement training and appraisal program. Administered by the CMMI Institute, it was developed at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). The CMMI certificate, validating companies' capabilities in software development and related services, is globally accepted.
