FPT Software steps up in Top 100 Viet Nam Best Places To Work

The Anphabe Career Network and Nielsen Market Research Company just unveiled the list of Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2016. FPT Software ranks 12th on the list. This is the second time the company has been listed in the Top 100.

It was ranked 21st in the Top 100 last year. 9-step in the list reflects the company’s continuous development in providing a good working environment for employees.

And in the field of Technology/Telecommunication, the company is in the top 5 together with Microsoft, IBM and Viettel.

Hitting the major milestone of 10,000 employees, FPT Software is now among the top 15 software companies of India in terms of human. To meet the growth demand between 2017 and 2020, FPT Software needs to employ more 20,000 people for positions including BrSE, comtor and project managers.

After 4 years of implementation, this survey has received comments from 26,128 respondents from 24 industries. This year, the survey team also interviewed deeply 50 human resource managers, 25% of whom came from Vietnam and 75% were foreign.
