FPT Software successfully sold software licenses

FPT Software successfully sold Citus RPA and Citus OCR software licenses to a bank among Japan's Top 3 with its branches in Vietnam. These two products supporting money transfer operations of banks have been developed by FPT Software on Citus platform.

With Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies, Citrus RPA and Citrus OCR help the client shorten processing time, improve accuracy, save human resources and ensure high security for money transfer operations.

With its knowledge in the banking industry and its standardized operations, FPT Software has met the daily needs of handling handwritten money orders.

In the past, it took much time to receive the money order photos and then add them to the system. Every day, this bank has five people to handle such thousands of transactions with 95% accuracy. After using Citus RPA and Citus OCR products by FPT Software, the client has been able to handle these more than 10 times faster with 98% accuracy.

In this agreement, FPT Software not only sells products to the client, but also offers full services from platform, app to application support. Every year, FPT Software will collect royalties from this product.

In the near future, FPT Software will approach banks and businesses in the fields of finance, insurance and securities to expand their opportunities in Vietnam.
