FPT Software tops Vietnam FAST500 list
A list of top 500 fastest growing companies (FAST500) in Vietnam in 2017 was just released by the Viet Nam Report and VietNamNet newspaper. FPT Software has been ranked first place among the top 500 fastest growing companies in the country in 2017.

The FAST 500 rankings’ list showed that FPT software was followed by Hanoi Southern city development joint stock company, Nguyen Minh Steel JSC, Himlam land trading corporation etc.
In 2016, FPT Software reached USD 230 million in revenue, an increase of 24% yoy. The company has 10,000 people working in 14 countries worldwide. Hitting the major milestone of 10,000 employees, it is now among the top 15 software companies of India in terms of human and moving closer to the top companies with large-scale resources in Asia.
Besides the traditional IT services, FPT Software has focused on studying and developing services/solutions based on the core technology platforms of the digital revolution on the core technology platform of the digital revolution such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Verhicle (IoV ), Analytics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Image Process etc.
For example, in the automotive manufacturing sector, FPT Software has implemented 150 projects for customers in Japan, South Korea. These solutions include lane detection and steering control; automated guided vehicles with ultrasonic sensing and multiple-object detection etc.
Earlier, the Global Outsourcing 100 list of 2017’s best outsourcing service providers was just released on February 21. FPT Software has been named to the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ (IAOP) Global Outsourcing 100 list for the fourth consecutive year.
The performance of the companies among FAST500 is calculated, based on CAGR of revenue and is also based on other criteria, such as total assets, the number of workers, after-tax profits and prestige in the media.
