FPT Software Honored by AACC at "Jewels of Asia 2024"

FPT Software received recognition in the International Business category at the 'Jewels of Asia 2024' Awards Gala, presented by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) of Virginia, USA.
The award ceremony, held on May 2 at the AACC headquarters in Virginia, was attended by Vietnamese Ambassador to the US Nguyen Quoc Dung, representatives from Asian embassies, US Government agencies, and numerous Asian-American businesses, as reported by VNA in the US.
In its 14th year, the annual awards hosted by the AACC introduced a new category recognizing international businesses from the Asian region operating in the US. Two Vietnamese enterprises, FPT Software and Vinfast, were among the inaugural International Business Award winners.
FPT consistently endeavors to provide optimal conditions for talents to thrive on a global scale.
Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Nguyen Quoc Dung highlighted the significance of AACC's annual awards, which not only recognize the accomplishments of the Asian American business community but also underscore a broader dedication to international collaboration and advancement, fostering mutual growth.
The award celebrates the pivotal role played by entrepreneurs and companies in achieving remarkable accomplishments. Endeavors spanning various sectors, including science, technology, education, infrastructure, transportation, and agriculture, have significantly contributed to economic growth while fostering the expansion of cultural ties and societal interactions between nations.
Ms. Becky Vo, Sales Director of FPT Software US, expressed gratitude for acknowledging FPT Software's international contributions in the US. This recognition presents an opportunity for FPT to forge connections with member businesses of AACC and extend its reach within the expansive US market. She emphasized that this honor represents both pride and responsibility to developing and expanding FPT's business footprint worldwide.
Ms. Cindy Shao, President of AACC, highlighted the essence of the annual "Jewels of Asia" award, which aims to recognize individuals and businesses embodying innovation and success within the Asian American business community. Ms. Cindy Shao also expressed her excitement about leading AACC members to Vietnam in June for the Expo 2024 International Fair. This trip presents an opportunity to forge trade connections with various Vietnamese businesses.
Senator Mark R. Warner of Virginia views this award as an opportunity to foster connections and collaboration among Asian businesses operating in the US, contributing to the economic development of both Asian countries and the US.
