FPT Telecom appoints one more Deputy General Director

Mr. Vu Anh Tu, CTO of FPT Telecom, becomes Deputy General Director in charge of technology of FPT Telecom in a 3-year term from February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2019.

He takes responsibility of technology sector as well as manages Network Operation Center, Infrastructure Development and Management Centers in the North and in the South, Information System Center, Axis Development and Management Board and Information Security Department.

Newly-appointed Deputy General Director is level 5 technology specialist of FPT Corporation.

Mr. Vu Anh Tu was born in 1978 and joined FPT right after his graduation from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2001. As a student, he ever built Vietnamese input software on Windows CE for personal cell phone/Personal Digital Assistant, app for the Vietnam News Agency.

Besides Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, Mr. Tu possesses the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification – the highest level of network certification, he is Called “Cisco Doctor”.

With this appointment, FPT Telecom Board of management includes Chairman Chu Thanh Ha, CEO Nguyen Van Khoa, and Deputy General Directors including Hoang Trung Kien, Chu Hung Thang, Nguyen Hoang Linh, Vu Mai Huong and Vu Anh Tu.
