FPT Continues to Partner with Khanh Hoa Province in Implementing Politburo Resolution 57

FPT Corporation and the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee have signed a cooperation agreement on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation for the 2026–2030 period, mobilizing technology resources and expert capabilities to support the province in effectively implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57.

Attending the signing ceremony on behalf of the provincial government were Mr. Lu Thanh Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province. Representing FPT were Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT Corporation, together with leaders from the Group's member companies.

At the ceremony, the two sides reviewed the key achievements of their cooperation during the 2021–2025 period and outlined priority areas for collaboration in 2026–2030. The partnership will focus on developing smart digital infrastructure and comprehensive connectivity; data as the foundation for governance and innovation; cybersecurity and digital sovereignty; data-driven digital government; high-quality digital talent development; science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation; sector-specific digital economy initiatives; and an inclusive digital society.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, described the agreement as a concrete step toward implementing Resolution 57. Reflecting on the previous cooperation period, he highly appreciated FPT's active and responsible collaboration from 2021 to 2025, which helped establish shared digital infrastructure, common platforms, and digital applications supporting government operations, administrative reform, and public services for citizens and businesses.

According to the provincial leadership, without decisive action now, Khanh Hoa risks falling behind in the global digital transformation race. The province's ultimate objective is to build a government that operates faster and more transparently, delivers better services to citizens and businesses, reduces social costs, and strengthens local competitiveness. This is why Khanh Hoa has chosen FPT as one of its strategic partners for the next phase. "I am confident that with Khanh Hoa's determination to innovate and its aspiration for development, together with FPT's capabilities, experience, and reputation, this cooperation program will deliver significant results and contribute to the province's rapid, sustainable, and breakthrough development," said Mr. Nguyen Long Bien.

Representing FPT, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT Corporation, affirmed that FPT will leverage its strengths—particularly in artificial intelligence and data processing infrastructure—to enhance the operational capacity of the province's two-tier local government through practical technology solutions that enable commune-level officials to serve citizens and businesses more efficiently. "I believe that when citizens and businesses are served better, it creates real and lasting differences," he said.

FPT will also recommend selected emerging technologies tailored to Khanh Hoa's specific development needs. Drawing on its global capabilities, the Group is committed to helping the province attract advanced international technologies and apply them in ways that align with local priorities, maximizing Khanh Hoa's unique strengths to drive sustainable growth.

The signing ceremony marks a new phase of cooperation between the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and FPT Corporation, reaffirming FPT's commitment to mobilizing its resources and technological expertise to support the province in achieving its development objectives for 2026–2030.

Previously, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and FPT signed a comprehensive digital transformation cooperation agreement for the 2021–2025 period, working together to advance digital government and support the province's ambition of becoming one of Vietnam's leading localities in digital transformation across its three pillars: Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society.
