FPT Trading Group (FTG) shall open representative office in Shenzhen, China
According to the resolution by FTG Board of Management, the company shall open its representative office in Shenzhen, China in the near future.

On 28 November, at FTG Headquarter in Viglacera Building, FTG Board of Management met and approved a number of important matters.
Specifically, the plan for unifying FPT Mobile and FPT Elead into FPT Technology Product was approved. It is expected that the model of a joint stock company of FPT Elead shall be changed to a limited one.
The Board also approved the establishment of representative office in Shenzhen, China.
The meeting was attended by FTG Chairman Hoang Nam Tien, three Board members including Nguyen Thanh Nam, Phan Duc Trung and Tran Quoc Hoai and three members of Supervisory Board including Nguyen Van Thang, Pham The Vinh and Hua Van Thanh. The meeting was also presented by Le Trung Thanh- FTG’s CEO-to-be commencing on 1st January 2010.
At the meeting, Tran Quoc Hoai, current CEO of FTG reported business performance and 2009 forecast to the Board. Le Trung Thanh presented on the unification plan of FPT Mobile and FPT Elead.
