FPT Showcases Technology Solutions Supporting Project 06 at the Ministry of Public Security’s Special Anniversary Event

Recently, at Hoan Kiem Lake (Hanoi), the Ministry of Public Security organized the program “Glory of the People’s Public Security of Vietnam.” The program is part of a series of special activities celebrating the 77th anniversary of the People’s Public Security (PPS) studying and practicing Uncle Ho’s Six Teachings, the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the PPS, and the 20th anniversary of the All People’s National Security Protection Festival.

The “Glory of the People’s Public Security of Vietnam” program was held over three days (from March 7 to March 9) at the Hoan Kiem pedestrian street. During these three days, residents of the capital had the opportunity to visit digital exhibitions, experience virtual reality, and explore weapons, equipment, and special operational tools used by the public security forces.

At the exhibition showcasing digital transformation technology products serving Project 06, VNeID, and the digital citizen initiative, FPT participated with two solutions: the Long Chau Pharmacy application integrated on VNeID and the Public Service Kiosk Model, which is part of the non-geographical one-level public service solution currently being implemented in Hanoi.

FPT’s exhibition booth attracted strong interest from a wide range of visitors, especially young people at the Hoan Kiem pedestrian area.

The exhibition, organized by the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, displayed solutions and utilities under Project 06 that serve as a catalyst for innovation and the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW. These included kiosks for medical examination registration, public service registration, digital transformation models, and AI Camera-based digital transformation models for traffic and social security management. These models have been implemented in various localities such as Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Ha Nam, Hung Yen, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The public service kiosk model, developed by FPT Corporation as part of Project 06’s MH2 initiative and the non-geographical one-level public service solution, is currently being applied in Hanoi. The kiosk serves as a key touchpoint in the administrative process, enabling citizens to quickly and proactively register for public administrative services, with chip-based ID card authentication linked right from the first step. Information from the ID card is automatically populated into the form, saving data entry time, minimizing errors, optimizing user experience, and improving public service efficiency. This model has been deployed in many provinces and cities, serving hundreds of thousands of citizens.

The Long Chau Pharmacy application integrated on VNeID is an essential utility allowing citizens to actively track their medical history, prescriptions, and centralized medication purchases via VNeID. To implement the online medicine purchasing feature, FPT Long Chau has closely cooperated with the RAR Center—under the National Population Data Center, Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security integrating systems, upgrading technology infrastructure, and applying various modern solutions to enable the activation of online medicine purchasing nationwide. The service now covers 63 provinces and cities through a network of over 2,000 pharmacies and vaccination centers. The medicine purchasing process via VNeID is optimized with quick login steps, allowing users to complete transactions in just a few clicks.
