FPT University to publish US education magazine

FPT University was just chosen to become a partner to translate and publish International Higher Education – a well-known education magazine of the US Boston College. This is a practical action to enhance the international integration in education.

The US Boston College will provide the contents of the International Higher Education (IHE) magazine while FPT University is in charge of translate and publish the online and printed versions.

The IHE provides insightful, informed, and high-quality commentary and analysis on trends and important issues to higher education systems, institutions, and stakeholders around the world. Published quarterly for 21 years, this is one of the most effective publications. Until now, it has been published in English, Chinese, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish.

That FPT University becomes the first Vietnamese partner to be allowed to translate and publish International Higher Education, making Vietnamese the 6th language of this well-known magazine.

More importantly, the Vietnamese version of IHE helps policymakers, educators and stakeholders get more opportunities to access educational information and trends as well as the ways other countries run their education systems.

With the goal of internationalizing education set as soon as the institute was established, FPT University always believes that our international integration of education is deployed for not only ourselves but also national education development. Bringing the IHE into Vietnam helps FU enhance the international integration at the level of university as well as accelerate this process on the national scale. We expect that opening up opportunities to access the world’s knowledge will make a positive impact on the community of educators and stakeholders in Vietnam and connect this community with other developed communities in the world”, Dr Le Truong Tung, Chairman of FPT University stated.

Accordingly, the full Vietnamese version is slated to go live on March 15.
