FPT and EmbedIT forge strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation in financial services

Global IT corporation FPT announced a strategic partnership with EmbedIT, a global financial technology partner specializing in scalable, mission-critical platforms and a member of PPF Group, an international investment group with operations spanning 25 countries worldwide. The collaboration aims to leverage the combined strengths of both organizations to deliver next-generation digital solutions and accelerate transformation in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector across Europe and Asia.

FPT and EmbedIT formalized their strategic partnership during the opening ceremony of FPT’s new office in Frankfurt, Germany.

Under the agreement, FPT and EmbedIT will jointly deliver integrated digital solutions that enhance agility, security, and innovation for financial institutions worldwide. Combining FPT’s global delivery capacity and deep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), software, and data engineering with EmbedIT’s long-standing experience in developing large-scale financial technology platforms, the partnership will create modern, scalable systems that support financial institutions’ digital transformation.

Building on these synergies, the two companies will co-develop API-first financial platforms and AI-powered solutions that foster innovation while ensuring compliance and operational resilience. The collaboration will focus on key areas such as consumer lending, risk management, fraud detection, and cybersecurity. By uniting EmbedIT’s fintech capabilities with FPT’s agile engineering expertise, the partnership aims to accelerate digital transformation across BFSI and adjacent sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, and entertainment.

Beyond technology, the partnership also aligns with both companies’ long-term market strategies. FPT identifies EmbedIT as a strategic local partner to strengthen its BFSI service portfolio in Europe, while EmbedIT views FPT as a trusted digital transformation partner to support its expansion into Asia-Pacific markets. Together, both parties aim to build a sustainable digital finance ecosystem that connects global expertise with regional innovation.
