FPT Ventures pour over USD 1 million into startups
As revealed on the sidelines of the launching ceremony of Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator (VIISA for short) on March 30, the fund poured over USD 1 million into startups in less than a year.

Some startups affirmed their position in the community. CyRadar was named among Asia’s top 10 most promising tech startups by Echelon. ANTS had hundreds of large customers and maintained an annual growth rate of over 100%. ELSA was named as the winner of the SXSWedu Launch startup competition.
FPT Ventures was launched in May, 2015. It targets seed and series A investments in local startups with available resources including infrastructure, technology and financial capacity.
The Fund will make an investment decision within 4 months since the idea is submitted. FPT Ventures asks founders to undertake that they have to build a big company within at least 5 years.
According to a representative of FPT Ventures, the fund will focus on supporting start-ups worth less than USD 1 million in the fields of Internet, Mobile, solutions for small and medium businesses (SMB), Health/Education/Transportation and SMAC
