Nearly VND 24 Billion Donated by FPT Employees from One-Day Salary Contributions for Community Initiatives

A total of 93% of FPT employees contributed one day’s salary to the FPT for the Community Fund, generating more than VND 23.7 billion to support initiatives such as building schools, constructing “Hope Bridges,” and donating e-libraries across Vietnam in 2026.

By the end of the campaign, FPT Smart Cloud made an impressive last-minute surge, leading participation rates at 116% of its target—far exceeding expectations. Synnex FPT also delivered a strong performance, reaching 103% and becoming the earliest unit to meet its goals, while FPT Online surpassed 101%, maintaining steady growth throughout the campaign.

As one of the largest units by workforce, FPT Software came close to full participation with 99% of employees contributing. Similarly, FPT IS achieved 98%, FPT Education recorded a slight increase to 97%, and FPT Telecom reached 94%. FPT Headquarters (HO) and other units maintained a solid 92%, while FPT Retail recorded 85%.

Across the Group, 93% of employees participated, contributing more than VND 23.7 billion to the fund (as of April 30, 2026, excluding contributions from overseas branches).

A notable highlight this year was the strong participation from probationary staff, interns, collaborators, and employees on leave (maternity, medical, etc.), which contributed to the above-target participation rates at FPT Smart Cloud, Synnex FPT, and FPT Online. Beyond contributing a single day’s salary, many individuals chose to give more. FPT IS recorded the highest number of employees contributing more than three days’ salary, while at FPT Software, some employees donated the equivalent of an entire month’s salary. These contributions collectively paint a vivid picture of FPT’s spirit of generosity and commitment to spreading positive impact.

Each day’s salary contributed to the fund enables a wide range of meaningful and practical initiatives. The fund supports the construction of schools and rural bridges, development of digital libraries, improvement of school sanitation facilities, and assistance for disadvantaged individuals—bringing long-term, positive change to communities.

Notably, during 2024–2025, when natural disasters became increasingly severe, more than 30% of the total fund was allocated to disaster relief efforts, helping affected communities recover and rebuild their lives. These timely support activities provided not only material assistance but also renewed hope for heavily impacted regions.

In addition to external support, 30% of the fund this year will be allocated to assist FPT employees and their families facing difficulties. The spirit of sharing is not only directed outward but also strongly fostered within the organization.

Established on March 13, 2014, the FPT for the Community Fund has steadily grown, enabling FPT employees to spread positive values to society. Through the “one-day salary” initiative and corporate contributions, nearly VND 80 billion in 2025 alone was mobilized and translated into meaningful actions, supporting both communities and FPT employees in times of need.
