FPT and EVNGENCO1 collaborate to realize the goal of becoming a digital enterprise with contemporary management credentials

FPT and Power Generation Corporation 1 (EVNGENCO1) had an Acceptance Ceremony on April 27, 2022, and handed over consultancy of the Digital Transformation Roadmap and Digital Transformation Training Program for the organization's management which is directly prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr Truong Gia Binh - FPT's Chairman of the board of Directors. 

Mr. Nguyen Tien Khoa, Chairman of the Member Council of EVNGENCO1, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh, General Director of EVNGENCO1, Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, Deputy General Director of FPT, and 150 leaders from all levels of EVNGENCO1 joined at FPT Tower, 10 Pham Van Bach Street. Additionally, the program is linked online to additional demand points at EVNGENCO1 units.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh and Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, representing EVNGENCO1 and FPT, signed the acceptance and product transfer at the event. Roadmap for Digital Transformation, Roadmap for modernization of information technology infrastructure, IT and OT security in the period of 2022 to 2025, and orientation to 2030 of EVNGENCO1 (referred to as Digital Transformation Roadmap) implemented based on the close cooperation between EVNGENCO1 and FPT within the framework of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Digital Transformation signed on December 1, 2021. 

The Digital Transformation Roadmap consists of digital initiatives organized into five groups titled "Data – Operations – Assets – People – Infrastructure". It also covers the investment research and application of new technologies to construct an information technology platform and personnel for EVNGENCO1, which support he future implementation of the Business Strategy and Digital Transformation Strategy. 

Following the Signing Ceremony, EVNGENCO1 and FPT began the Digital Transformation Training Program for all EVNGENCO1 leaders., Assoc. Dr. Truong Gia Binh shared the critical contents of the overview regarding the digital transformation and the trend of digital transformation; the process of building FPT's corporate culture and the contribution of corporate culture to FPT's development journey; digital human resource management at FPT, applications at other businesses, and FPT's operational and intellectual information management system.

One hundred fifty leaders at various levels of EVNGENCO1 were able to comprehend the overal essence and the potential, and potential of digital transformation for company development and fundamental skills. Documents for senior executives of companies to build digital transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps and to direct the successful implementation of digital transformation activities.
