FPT’s Made-by-FPT Solutions and Products Win 13 Awards at Sao Khue 2025

Affirming its pioneering position in driving innovation and developing “Make in Vietnam” products in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, 13 products, solutions, and services developed by FPT have been honored at the 2025 Sao Khue Awards Ceremony — the most prestigious award in the software and IT industry, organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA).

These award-winning products, solutions, and services belong to FPT’s Made-by-FPT technology ecosystem, developed based on core technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Big Data. They help businesses accelerate digital transformation, increase productivity, optimize costs, enhance customer experience, and contribute to promoting national digital transformation.

Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW serves not only as a guiding principle but also as a strong call for Vietnam’s IT industry to innovate, become self-reliant, and take the lead in scientific research, technology development, innovation, and digital transformation — key factors that determine a nation’s growth. Technology enterprises have directly contributed to the 18.3% share of Vietnam’s digital economy in GDP in 2024, with a growth rate of 20%. According to statistics, the 198 award-winning nominations in 2024 achieved a total revenue of nearly VND 48 trillion (equivalent to nearly USD 2 billion), accounting for almost 20% of the total revenue of Vietnam’s software and IT services industry. Moreover, these solutions are directly addressing digital transformation and smartification challenges across government, public administration, and key economic sectors — bringing tangible benefits to Vietnamese citizens and serving the international market.

Award evaluation criteria include Innovation, Effectiveness, Market Performance, Features, Technology, Product Quality, Financial/Economic Impact, Social Impact, and User Base.

After three rigorous evaluation rounds — preliminary, presentation, and final — 13 of FPT’s products, solutions, and services were honored in the Top 10 Sao Khue and 5-Star Rankings. These are technologically outstanding solutions, especially in AI and GenAI, with proven contributions to digital and social economy development.

The two products and services ranked in the Top 10 Sao Khue are the IT Infrastructure Operation Management Service and the FPT Camera Agent software.

The IT Infrastructure Operation Management Service was recognized for its comprehensive and multidimensional monitoring and management capabilities — covering IT infrastructure, application platforms, and information security. To meet diverse client needs, FPT designed three specialized service packages: IT Infrastructure Monitoring Service, IT Infrastructure Management Service, and IT Security Monitoring and Management Service. This service is currently provided to hundreds of clients, including major organizations and multinational enterprises in Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, China, and the U.S. Recently, to help businesses reduce operational burdens, optimize resources, and ensure 24/7 security, FPT launched the Cloud Managed Service package.

FPT Camera Agent (FCA) is a software solution that transforms basic cameras into smart cameras. Developed on FPT’s proprietary firmware and cloud camera platform, it ensures flexible upgrades and enhanced security without third-party dependencies. Its international Tier 3-standard EE2E encryption technology guarantees stable performance, high efficiency, and data security. FCA integrates AI-powered facial recognition, motion detection, instant alerts, and smooth live and playback experiences on the multi-platform FPT Camera management app. The FCA solution has been deployed in several provinces such as Hanoi, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa, and Ca Mau, as well as in nationwide enterprise chains — affirming its reliability and effectiveness in security monitoring.

The two products ranked 5 Stars are: the AI and IoT-powered Smart Retail Surveillance Suite and the FPT Play Application.

The AI and IoT-powered Smart Retail Surveillance Suite enables businesses to understand and enhance customer experience, monitor compliance, ensure store security, automate operations, and save energy. The entire system of cameras and IoT devices is centrally managed through the FPT VMSmart platform, which allows businesses to manage both FPT and existing customer devices on a unified system. Businesses can easily track, search, and analyze activities by store, region, or specific event. This solution has been implemented for over 1,700 enterprises nationwide.

The AI and IoT-powered Smart Retail Surveillance Suite (5-Star Rating at Sao Khue 2025) helps businesses enhance customer experience, ensure store security, and achieve operational efficiency.

The FPT Play Application offers a vast content library, including original and exclusive content developed and produced by FPT Play; a rich selection of TV series and anime from top global markets such as China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, and the U.S.-Europe region. FPT Play also provides access to over 130 domestic and international TV channels. In sports, audiences can enjoy numerous major domestic and international tournaments across multiple disciplines such as football, basketball, volleyball, e-sports, MMA, golf, and pickleball.

In 2024, the Made-by-FPT ecosystem recorded revenue of VND 2.267 trillion, marking a 31% year-on-year growth. This ecosystem plays a key role in ensuring FPT’s long-term growth and represents a strategic shift toward product development. FPT aims for 100% of Made-by-FPT products and services to integrate AI by 2027 — making them smarter, more convenient, and highly automated, thereby enhancing financial efficiency for clients.
