As an independent global research company adhering to rigorous standards, the Everest Group's annual PEAK Matrix® Evaluation is considered one of the most comprehensive frameworks, providing in-depth analysis and data for businesses to make informed decisions when selecting the best service providers, products, and technology solutions. The 2023 PEAK Matrix® Assessment for RPA Automation Solutions featured the debut of akaBot, a solution from FPT and the first "Make in Vietnam" technology recognized in Everest's global report. It shares the stage with renowned global automation entities such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft, Blue Prism, and others.

According to Amardeep Modi, Vice President of Everest Group, the ecosystem of automation solutions is evolving robustly, driven by intense competition among numerous global service providers. Modi noted that akaBot, originating from Vietnam, earned the "Major Contender" designation in the Everest RPA PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023 due to its substantial customer base in the Asia-Pacific region and significant investments in product capabilities and customer value. Clients emphasized akaBot's strengths in customer support, rapid response times, and a user-friendly platform.

In 2023, with a clientele exceeding 3,900 global enterprises across diverse industries such as Finance-Banking, Retail, and Manufacturing, akaBot received high marks from Everest in the "Market Impact" category. FPT's automation solution, developed since 2018, has demonstrated a strong international presence, comparable to well-established solution providers with 10-15 years of industry recognition, including IBM, SAP, and Pega.

The report also highlighted akaBot's capability to deliver comprehensive automation solutions through collaborations with major technology partners such as Amelia, Software AG, and Soroco. AkaBot aligns with the trend of "intelligent automation" by continuously integrating advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Data Processing (IDP), Process Mining, and Machine Learning. In November 2023, FPT received its second patent in the U.S. for an "Automated Machine Learning System for Document Separation and Classification", applied in akaBot Vision and UBot Invoice functionalities.

Through the Major Contender recognition in the Everest Group's PEAK Matrix® Assessment, akaBot exemplifies FPT's commitment to showcasing "Make in Vietnam" products on the global stage. This commitment is evident through efforts to expand into new geographical markets, develop features, and enhance the comprehensive product ecosystem. Bui Dinh Giap, CEO of FPT akaBot, affirmed the mission, stating, "akaBot's inclusion in the report can be likened to the pride of reaching the summit of Everest. It reflects our dedication to becoming a reputable and reliable partner, ready to accompany many businesses in optimizing operations and digital transformation."
