During the discussion with ACCA leaders, FPT Executive Vice President Nguyen The Phuong underscored FPT's dual identity as both a technology corporation and a learning organization. "Each year, FPT employees are required to dedicate a minimum of 35 hours to study. Additionally, managers are expected to train, mentor, and share lectures for about 20 hours annually. FPT also promotes continuous learning among its financial staff, potentially including preparation for the adoption of IFRS shortly. Consequently, there is a mandate to prioritize learning, with a target set for 10% of the finance team to obtain IFRS certification", Mr. Phuong said.
