Honda Vietnam teams up with FPT Software to launch "all in one" app

My Honda + which was launched in late November is expected to offer customers more utilities. So far, the app has attracted 100,000 downloads.

My Honda+ includes these major functions: Digital warranty, tracking maintenance history, automatic repair & appointment reminder, updating product – promotions – events information, searching for Honda outlets, automobile connection…, promising to bring spectacular experiences and conveniences to customers.

“Travelling a lot by motorbike, I need to have my motorbike checked and maintained regularly. I installed My Honda+ which reminds me of this. I lost the warranty card, but this app solved the problem,” said Linh Nga, a Honda customer in Hanoi.

Some motorcycle manufacturers have also released their apps with few individual functions. My Honda + includes all the functions namely warranty, dealer search, product information etc. into one app. My Honda+ had made its successful debut on Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store. So far, the app has attracted 100,000 downloads on both platforms, and is among Top 10 utility apps on App Store.

With technology booms in the digital age, it is expected to make a breakthrough in the process of automobile and motorbike usage and maintenance in Vietnamese market and become an effective communication channels between Honda and Vietnamese customers.
