Today (May 14), the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province held the inauguration ceremony of the Khanh Hoa Intelligent Operations Center (IOC Khanh Hoa), with FPT Corporation serving as the technology partner responsible for software implementation.
The event marked a significant milestone in the province’s comprehensive digital transformation journey toward building a digital government, digital economy, and digital society. It aligns with the guidelines set out in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, as well as Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated January 28, 2022 on the development of Khanh Hoa Province by 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The Khanh Hoa IOC is designed as the province’s “digital brain,” acting as a digital command center that enables timely, effective, and accurate direction and management by provincial leaders. It serves as a key project in realizing the goals of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Digital Transformation Plan to 2025, with an orientation toward 2030.

The Khanh Hoa IOC functions to collect, monitor, synthesize, and analyze multi-sectoral and cross-domain data, thereby assisting provincial leaders in early issue detection, timely coordination, and efficient problem-solving. It also enhances the transparency and effectiveness of governmental management and operations. The center operates seamlessly, continuously, and securely 24/7, ensuring reliability and full functionality as designed. Data are regularly updated, synchronized, and shared from data-providing agencies and systems across the province to the IOC for analysis and processing.
Currently, the Khanh Hoa IOC monitors and coordinates essential sectors such as public services, administrative reform, public security, traffic, environment, healthcare, education, tourism, and finance–economy. Core systems including public service monitoring, field incident reporting, intelligent traffic cameras, multi-layer digital maps, data analytics, and IoT device management are in operation, contributing to more efficient governance.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, emphasized: “The IOC is a breakthrough tool enabling the government to innovate its management and operational approach toward transparency, efficiency, and citizen-centric governance. This is not merely a technology center but the nucleus of Khanh Hoa’s digital government development.”

FPT reaffirms its commitment to continuously supporting the province’s comprehensive digital transformation journey, contributing to the successful implementation of the objectives set forth in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo.
Mr. Tran Trung Thanh, Director of FPT IS Ho Chi Minh City, stated: “The official operation of the Khanh Hoa IOC marks an important step forward in establishing a comprehensive digital government operations platform. FPT is committed to long-term collaboration in building a 24/7 intelligent operating system leveraging artificial intelligence and real-time data analytics to support effective governance and sustainable provincial development.”
The launch of the Khanh Hoa IOC not only signifies a major advancement in the application of technology in state management but also reflects the province’s strong political will to build a modern, data-driven administration in the digital era.
In its future development orientation, the Khanh Hoa IOC will continue expanding its monitoring scope, integrating with national and specialized data systems, enhancing predictive analytics capabilities, and supporting faster, data-informed decision-making. It will also accelerate the application of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to better serve administrative operations as well as the needs of citizens and businesses.
