The Project comprises three primary functional zones: the AI Center, the Education and Training Area, and the Auxiliary Urban Area.

The Artificial Intelligence Center focuses on research, training, software production, digital transformation consulting, and solutions for cybersecurity, social security, and artificial intelligence. These initiatives aim to serve people, enhance productivity, improve quality, and increase service value. The Education Area will house inter-level schools ranging from elementary to high school. The Auxiliary Urban Area provides essential amenities tailored to the needs of an AI-focused urban environment, helping to attract and retain high-quality talent, particularly in high-tech, emerging technologies and AI sectors in Binh Dinh.

To attract and retain high-quality talent in Binh Dinh, FPT Quy Nhon Consortium further demonstrated its strong commitment to the Project by signing a MoU at the event. This agreement pledges to hand over houses in 2025 to employees who have made outstanding contributions to FPT's development in Binh Dinh.

At the event, FPT representatives also donated 40 computers to Binh Dinh Ethnic Boarding High School. This contribution aims to enhance students' access to modern knowledge and technology, empowering them to pursue their aspirations and contribute to Binh Dinh's development.

As a pioneering technology corporation with extensive experience consulting and implementing digital transformation projects, FPT has been a key partner in advancing digital transformation across Binh Dinh's three primary sectors: digital economy, digital society, and digital government. In 2021, FPT signed a strategic agreement to plan Binh Dinh province for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, alongside a cooperation agreement to drive digital transformation in the province from 2021 to 2025. The goal is to establish Binh Dinh as a national leader in digital transformation. FPT has supported Binh Dinh in building the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) on a unified technology platform, deploying an integrated data-sharing system, and implementing an AI-powered traffic management camera system to analyze vehicle violations. The Cor has also led large-scale digital transformation training initiatives and provided consulting on digital health, agriculture, and business solutions. As a result of these efforts, Binh Dinh has improved its digital transformation ranking, climbing five places to 29th out of 63 provinces and cities since 2021. FPT is proud to have contributed to this significant progress.

FPT has also played a vital role in transforming Binh Dinh into a hub for AI training and research, cultivating a pipeline of well-trained AI talent from students to university and postgraduate levels.

FPT is currently training approximately 2,000 students in Binh Dinh. Since its establishment in 2021, FPT University's Binh Dinh branch has specialized in deep AI training. Notably, FPT's technology staff in Binh Dinh actively contribute as mentors to students and assist lecturers in refining the curriculum to align with real-world applications, effectively bringing AI into practical use. FPT University Quy Nhon has emerged as a prestigious and sought-after institution, attracting students nationwide.

FPT's AI Research and Application Center in Quy Nhon consistently secures multimillion-dollar AI projects with clients in the US and Japan. This influx of high-value projects not only generates numerous job opportunities for the local workforce but also attracts talent from neighboring provinces to Binh Dinh. FPT is actively fostering a steady stream of skilled professionals from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other regions, encouraging them to build long-term careers in Binh Dinh.
