More than 114 thousand tickets for Tet holiday booked through web

As of 16:00, October 5, 114,611 tickets have been booked through the website www.dsvn.vn, 19, 819 tickets paid online, 45,316 postpaid tickets, and tickets 455 can be returned.

Viet Nam Railways started to sell tickets for Tet holiday in October 1. On the first day, more than 70 thousand tickets were successfully booked through the web. Although the number of visitors increased, even up to 7000 visitors at the same time, the system ran smoothly, meeting people’s need.

A volunteer team of FPT Corporation will support those who book tickets online at Saigon Station for 3 days from October 1-3. More 1,500 visitors have got support. The main activities include helping prioritized people (elder people, people with disability, people who buy e-tickets for the first time...), showing people how to book tickets online, search for information and other payment methods. This aims to help people get used to a new method of buying tickets which is more modern and convenient.
