MOU on implementing internal finance system for Ministry of Finance signed

On 24 September 2010, FPT IS and the project committee of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), General Directorate of State Reserves, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on pilot implementation of the main modules of the core internal finance subsystems at the Ministry.

The core modules being implemented in this phase are finance-accounting, and salary and personal spending management.

According to the MOU, all its sides commit to effectively support and implement the application of administrative accounting at centralized model, applied for the MOF's units and systems.

According to the MOF's decision 1871/QD-BTC issued on August 4, 2009, FPT is assigned as the contractor for the project to implement the internal finance system at the MOF including designing and installing IT applications for managing internal finances.
