OCBS and FPT Sign Strategic Partnership to Build a Modern AI-Powered Digital Finance Ecosystem

Ho Chi Minh City, November 20, 2025 – OCBS Securities Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a comprehensive cooperation aimed at developing a modern financial ecosystem powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data. Under the agreement, FPT will serve as OCBS’s strategic partner in deploying end-to-end digital transformation solutions to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.

According to the MOU, OCBS and FPT will establish a comprehensive partnership in digital transformation, integrating AI technologies into OCBS’s governance and financial–securities services. The agreement focuses on deploying AI-driven products within FPT’s ecosystem, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and Big Data to strengthen competitiveness, enhance customer-centric experience, optimize business performance, and deliver long-term sustainable value.

 

The cooperation will be implemented in two phases:

• Phase 1 (2025): Both sides will conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC) for akaSense – the AI Investment Assistant, including building, training, and integrating AI models directly into the OCBS Invest application. This will enable OCBS investors to soon access an intelligent “virtual assistant” capable of market analysis and personalized trading recommendations.

• Phase 2: OCBS and FPT will expand to other AI ecosystem solutions, such as:

• FPT AI Agents – AI assistant platform

• FPT AI Voice Agent – smart voice call center

• FPT AI Read – intelligent document digitization

• FPT AI Mentor – enterprise training platform

 

The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and upgrade the customer experience across all touchpoints.

 

The cooperation focuses on deploying key solutions from FPT’s AI ecosystem.

 

Beyond the AI strategy, the MOU outlines further collaboration in multiple areas, including telecommunications, information technology, digital infrastructure, advanced technology applications, financial services, and AI development. Within a short period, OCBS achieved remarkable milestones, including increasing its charter capital to VND 1,200 billion by the end of Q2/2025—four times higher than in 2024. By the end of Q3/2025, OCBS’s profits surged 7,100%, making it the fastest-growing securities firm in the first nine months of 2025.
