FPT Software experts established an optimal testing process to help Video Visit reduce 95% of manual errors and increase automation efficiency by 80%. It allowed Video Visit not to optimize resources and save costs but also to improve the reliability of the software before its official release. Additionally, shortening time to ensure putting out improvement updates every two weeks helped enhance the reputation and system-wide quality of Video Visit.

For example, akaAT simplified the deployment process for early and continuous results. Specifically, the project team wrote an additional 1,500 test scenarios, ten times more than the original ones.
