Selecting disciples for MBA masters

In order to spread their practical knowledge, FPT School of Business (FSB) deployed the program named "Master - Disciple" with the participation of three senior leaders of FPT Corporation including the former CEO of FPT Nguyen Thanh Nam, Deputy General Director of FPT Do Cao Bao and Chairman of FPT software Hoang Nam Tien.

This special program on occasion of Vietnam Teacher's Day is held for those who register to join MBA courses at FSB from November 20, 2016. Candidates may choose their own master and vice versa, the trainers have the right to select students via registration form and interview.

The trainers will share their own experience gained through many years of career as a business leader, including many tips just for their disciples. Students can ask for solutions to problems, meet with the other disciples, have access to Constructivism — a theory of active learning and attend the MBA courses at FSB.

These MBA masters in charge of key positions in large enterprises have in-depth knowledge, prestige, and rich experience and especially want to spread their own knowledge and experience. In this first phase, FSB invited 3 senior leader of FPT Corporation for the new MBA course. They are successful as a "master" when training many young managers for FPT.
