On the afternoon of February 11, FPT Corporation officially launched the Utop LoyaltyOS system for Au Chau Fashion and Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (ACFC) – a member of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG). The solution is part of FPT CX Suite, designed to manage and optimize the entire customer journey using AI.

The event was attended by ACFC senior leadership, including Mr. Pham Hung, Deputy Chief Executive Officer; Ms. Ha Uyen Phuong, Commercial Director; and Mr. Le Quang Huy, Director of E-commerce & Information Technology.
Under the project scope, FPT will provide the Utop LoyaltyOS platform, an AI-powered loyalty marketing solution that enables businesses to analyze customer behavior and personalize user experiences. The platform was previously honored with the Sao Khue Award in 2023 and has now been upgraded with features allowing businesses to design loyalty programs—such as point accumulation, rewards redemption, and promotions—via an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The system is also fully integrated with customer engagement channels, including mobile applications, POS/e-commerce systems, and partner reward ecosystems, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Through this project, ACFC aims to enhance customer experience, increase engagement, and improve repeat purchase rates. This also marks a significant transformation for ACFC as it integrates AI into operations and business activities for international fashion brands in the Vietnamese market.
The project is expected to be implemented within 3.5 months, coinciding with the 2026 Lunar New Year period. This timeline presents considerable execution pressure due to the extended holiday schedule. However, FPT representatives affirmed their commitment to delivering the project on schedule, while simultaneously building a modern customer experience ecosystem that leverages AI to drive business growth.
This event marks the first collaboration between FPT and ACFC, opening opportunities to deploy similar solutions across other subsidiaries within IPPG. It also reinforces FPT’s commitment to supporting Vietnamese enterprises in adopting advanced technologies, enhancing competitiveness, and improving customer experience.
ACFC is a member of IPPG Vietnam. IPPG is one of the largest retail groups in Vietnam, employing approximately 25,000 staff and operating 35 subsidiaries and joint ventures. Founded in 1986 by Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, IPPG manages a portfolio of premium and upper-midrange brands through ACFC, including Tommy Hilfiger, GAP, Levi’s, Diesel, Mango, and Nike...
