The enterprises participating in the signing ceremony with FPT University include Vitranimex Transport and Trading Joint Stock Company, Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company, VINAFCO Joint Stock Corporation, Bac Giang International Logistics Center, and Asia-Pacific Transport and Logistics Joint Stock Company. These are prominent enterprises in the logistics industry with extensive scale and operational capacity, playing a crucial role in connecting domestic and international trade.

The enterprises have committed to accompanying FPT University in training, research, and student support, viewing this as an effective channel to identify and nurture potential human resources for long-term development. Alongside academic training, the parties will jointly organize professional seminars, career forums, and orientation programs integrated within the curriculum. Industry experts will participate as speakers and academic advisors, acting as a bridge between the university and the labor market to provide students with multidimensional and practical perspectives on their chosen field.

Logistics is considered one of the fastest-growing industries, playing an essential role in the global supply chain. However, high-quality human resources in this field in Vietnam remain in short supply. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Khac Thanh – Rector of FPT University, FPT Corporation – emphasized: “This is not merely a cooperation activity but a long-term commitment to building a learning–experience–career ecosystem where students are exposed early to real-world industry practices, thereby developing the right competencies in alignment with market demands.”

Mr. Bui Van Long, General Director of Vitranimex Transport and Trading Joint Stock Company – one of Vietnam’s long-established logistics enterprises – shared: “Our company has always focused on developing high-quality human resources as the core foundation for sustainable growth. Partnering with reputable educational institutions such as FPT University is a strategic step for Vitranimex. This cooperation not only creates tangible value for both sides but also serves as a bridge for us to welcome students for internships, allow them to experience a real working environment, and potentially accompany us on a long-term career journey.”

During the ceremony, the enterprises also recognized and highly valued the adaptability and job-readiness of FPT University students in corporate environments.

Strategic Partnership – The Key to Developing High-Quality Human Resources

For many years, FPT University has clearly identified both challenges and opportunities, thereby strategically designing specialized training programs closely aligned with market demands and establishing direct partnerships with leading enterprises. This approach allows students to gain “hands-on” experience through internships at large corporations, helping them refine technical skills, professional discipline, and mindset — key factors for meeting the increasingly high expectations of the labor market.

FPT University views collaboration with industry leaders as a practical approach to helping students access real-world practices, stay updated with the latest technologies and processes, and increase employment rates after graduation. The cooperation agreement also expands direct recruitment opportunities for outstanding students and introduces a diverse scholarship system to encourage academic excellence and creativity.

Choosing Logistics as a major — and FPT University as the learning environment — not only equips students with professional knowledge but also provides comprehensive preparation in skills and mindset for a solid future ahead.

This signing ceremony once again reaffirms FPT University’s role in building an education ecosystem closely connected to the business sector, delivering practical and sustainable value to learners — the future global citizens of a rapidly transforming logistics economy.
