A record-breaking implementation of FPT.Spro for the electrical industry

FPT IS had just recently delivered on two contracts which supplied and implemented the system of FPT.SPro for Vietnam Electricity – Northern Power Corporation (EVN NPC) and Vietnam Electricity – Hanoi (EVNHANOI) valuing in over VND30 billion.

These are two highly important contracts, and part of the digital transformation strategy of the electrical industry in the current year. With this double win, FPT IS have made records on the most valuable product contract Made by FPT to date.

FPT SPro is the first digital transformation product in Vietnam to digitize internal processes in order to create a paperwork-free system, and optimize corporate operations and conserve on costs, time, manpower, and increasing work efficiency.

The FPT SPro contract for EVN NPC worth VND 22 billion was signed on 29/5. FPT IS will be supplying and deploying FPT SPro for a total of 500 users on the large scale of EVN NPC in order to establish a program to digitize internal processes: Technical - Security, Business – Customer service, Accounting for EVN NPC and other electrical suppliers in the North of Vietnam.

The contract was put into action on the day of the signing. It was at the signing that both parties have put together a plan to implement the service package within 70 days to put it into action. Of note, this VND 22 billion package is the new record holder for the services Made by FPT for corporate clients in the government sector. 

Prior to that, on 18/5, the contract for the Supply and Installment of technical devices for the “Paperwork-free office system for the management of internal administration” program of EVNHANOI valuing approximately VND8 billion had also been successfully signed. Accordingly, after 120 days of implementation, FPT IS will be supplying the process digitization and automatic task assignment system FPT SPro for 300 users of EVNHANOI. The project is projected to enter full operation on the 18/9 of this year.

These are the two projects that will enable more wide-scale implementation opportunities for FPT SPro in particular, and the solutions Made by FPT in general for EVN as per the strategic cooperation agreement between EVN and FPT in digital transformation.
