Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee: FPT Is a Pillar Enterprise Helping the City Soar Through Technology

Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet expressed his strong confidence that FPT will continue to accompany the city in developing high-quality human resources, contributing to the realization of Da Nang’s vision of “taking off” through technology in the coming years.

On October 13, in celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day, a delegation led by Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, along with representatives from Da Nang’s departments and agencies, paid a visit and held a working session with FPT Corporation.

As one of the exemplary enterprises selected by the city leadership for the visit, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Phuong, Director of FPT Software Da Nang, FPT Corporation briefed the delegation on the company’s business operations, ongoing software and digital transformation projects, innovation initiatives, and high-quality talent development programs closely aligned with FPT’s corporate social responsibility efforts in Da Nang.

During the session, FPT representatives reported to the Secretary and city officials on the company’s implementation of municipal directives, future development plans, and key recommendations.

In the technology and software sector, FPT has focused on transforming its production and operational models by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) across all business activities in 2025. The company has also launched a suite of AI solutions and platforms specifically designed to help Vietnamese enterprises build, train, and deploy AI applications rapidly and effectively. Other business areas, such as telecommunications and education, have likewise achieved remarkable growth, significantly contributing to the city’s development objectives.

In his remarks, Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet commended FPT’s contributions, reaffirming that the corporation is a strategic investor of Da Nang in its journey of digital transformation and innovation. He emphasized that FPT’s dynamic working environment enables local engineers and talented students to unlock their potential, thereby contributing to Da Nang’s goal of becoming a national hub for technology and the digital economy.

For its part, Da Nang City reaffirmed its commitment to accompany FPT as a strategic investor, to consider the corporation’s recommendations, and to instruct relevant departments and agencies to work closely with FPT, ensuring the most favorable conditions for its continued growth, particularly in the fields of technology and talent development.
