FPT digitizes corporate governance and supply chains for Boston Pharma

On January 15th, 2021 in Binh Duong Province, FPT Information System Company (FPT IS - a member unit of FPT Group) and Boston Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company had officially operated the "Software System for Enterprise administration ERP SAP S/4HANA” and launched the Mobile App for customers.

With the vision to boost the operational efficiency and customer service quality, Boston Pharma had decided to join hands and put their trust in the Group’s partner - FPT IS - a trustworthy unit who has experienced implementing many successful ERP projects. In response to the high expectation, after exactly 7 months of implementation and installation, Boston Pharma and FPT IS officially started to operate the ERP Enterprise administration SAP S/4HANA software  - developed by SAP - a German company.

Within Boston Pharma's core activities (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Human Resources), every section will be connected and operated on a common SAP S/4Hana platform, for consistent, fast and effective administration. Meanwhile, the launch of Mobile App for customers marked the milestone in the digitization of the supply chain of Boston Pharma. This enables users to easily find information, interact and purchase.

In the near future, Boston Pharma will continue to work with FPT to apply AI and other technological solutions for their digital transformation, supporting this unit to improve its operations, administration and business, from management code of conduct to leadership to working process or company culture.
