FPT IS deployed an enterprise management system for Bảo Ngọc

On the morning of May 13, 2021, at the kick-off ceremony of the project "Investment in the overall corporate governance system - SAP ERP" between Bảo Ngọc and FPT IS (a member company of FPT), Mr. Le Duc Thuan, Chairman of the Board, affirmed the importance of the project in the enterprise's digital transformation roadmap, and "a necessary step for Bảo Ngọc in the future".

On the current growth momentum, Bảo Ngọc needs to continuously innovate to keep the pace of development, and at the same time, the implementation of the overall corporate governance system will provide the necessary breakthrough in the coming time. The project received the commitment of leaders from both sides, agreeing to bring the project to its timely completion.

According to Mr. Vu Minh Quang - Deputy General Manager of FPT IS ERP, to ensure the progress, the project team needs to mobilize 120% of their efforts, so coordination is imperative between both sides when sharing information to ensure the process is smooth and consistent.

FPT IS ERP will directly deploy SAP Business One (B1) software version 10.0 for Bảo Ngọc at the head office (Hanoi) and 2 more factories in Di Trach, Hanoi and the Vinh Loc industrial zones in Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City.

Specifically, the deployment contract for Bảo Ngọc has been listed with these tasks: Supplying software license for SAP B1; Implement standard modules such as: ledger modules, fixed assets, purchase, sales...; Integrate DMS with the SAP B1 system; and expanded the deployment for 2 factories of Bảo Ngọc. Operation of the SAP B1 system is to be expected at the end of October this year.

Formerly known as a private enterprise for luxury cake in 1986. Bảo Ngọc received numerous acclaims in many years in a row from consumers for their quality and dubbed by the market as "everyone's cake".  After many years of operation, Bảo Ngọc enterprise was equitized into a joint stock company in August 2012.
