With a brand value of nearly USD 1 billion, FPT has been recognized among the Top 3 of Forbes Vietnam’s 25 Leading Listed Brands, and is the only representative from the Information Technology services sector.
The ranking of Vietnam’s Top 25 Leading Listed Brands 2025 announced by Forbes Vietnam is among the most prestigious lists today. Forbes Vietnam inherits the proprietary valuation methodology of Forbes US, with financial data support from ACB Securities Company (ACBS), ensuring objectivity and high reliability.
Accordingly, brand value is determined based on the contribution of both tangible and intangible assets to a company’s profits. Forbes Vietnam compiles data from listed companies on the Hose, HNX, and UPCoM exchanges, calculates the profit generated by intangible assets, and then allocates the contribution coefficient of brand value for each industry, combined with the average P/E ratio of the sector at the time of evaluation. As a result, the ranking accurately reflects the reputation, brand strength, and business performance of each enterprise.
Mr. Dang Truong Thach – Executive Vice President and Deputy General Director of FPT IS, FPT Corporation (first from the right) represented FPT to receive the recognition.
With a brand value of nearly USD 1 billion, FPT was honored in the Top 3 of Forbes Vietnam’s 25 Leading Listed Brands, and remains the only representative from the Information Technology services field. This achievement once again affirms FPT’s pioneering position in its journey of innovation, global expansion, and digital transformation leadership in Vietnam.
Not only in Vietnam, FPT’s brand value has also been recognized by major global organizations. Recently, in the Vietnam 100 2025 report by Brand Finance, FPT’s brand value increased by 18% to reach USD 1.2 billion, making it the only Information Technology enterprise in the Top 10 most valuable brands in Vietnam. Previously, Brand Finance valued FPT at around USD 995 million in 2024 and USD 594 million in 2023, reflecting the company’s sustainable growth and international expansion capacity.
Currently, FPT has more than 80,000 employees across over 30 countries, operating in diverse sectors such as information technology services, telecommunications, and education. In the first six months of 2025, FPT recorded revenue of VND 32,683 billion, up 11.4% year-on-year, while profit after tax increased by 20.7%. In recent years, FPT has continued to expand its customer support scope, focusing particularly on services and solutions applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) – a technology driving significant global transformation. FPT has been accelerating its AI investment through the AI Center in Quy Nhon (covering more than 3 hectares) and operating an AI Factory in partnership with NVIDIA and Mila. The corporation has also expanded its international footprint through joint ventures with Sumitomo and SBI Holdings in Japan and collaboration with GE HealthCare in digital healthcare transformation.
FPT aims to make Southeast Asia and Asia its strategic overseas markets for deep AI adoption, by developing elite human resources, fostering innovation, and delivering tangible impact for organizations and businesses. The global digital transformation company also recently announced its role as a strategic partner in implementing a five-year, USD 256 million contract with a leading Asian energy corporation. This contract marks a new milestone for FPT in comprehensive digital transformation powered by AI — and is also the largest contract in FPT’s 37-year history. These strategic moves reinforce FPT’s leading position in technology and innovation value in Vietnam.
