FPT Techday 2022 Reveals the Digital Future for Individuals and Enterprises

Only three days left to count down to the largest annual tech event - FPT Techday 2022 - which will take place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, under the theme of "Accompanying the Future". The 10th Technology Forum of FPT is expected to come in an entirely extraordinary way, not only in scale but also experience.

Ten years of continuity and remarkable highlights

First held in 2013, FPT Techday has become a prestigious annual technology event after a decade, converging the latest business and technology trends globally and domestically. At the same time, the Forum also offers highly-applicable technology solutions, practical know-how, and hands-on experience of leading domestic and foreign experts and consultants to 115.000 individuals and businesses.

FPT Techday has added different values to attendees each year.

For example, in FPT Techday 2018, for the first time in Vietnam, guests shared the virtual reality experience at the "Virtual Station" or witnessed the AI assistant smoothly organizing the event.

Moreover, various core smart-city solutions and platforms were introduced to the public, such as smart hospitals, smart education, smart transportation, smart entertainment, e-government, etc. In addition, the event gathered global experts from Amazon Web Services, SuperCharger Fintech Accelerator...

With the theme of "Start smart", FPT Techday 2019 pointed out urgent pain points and priority tasks on the digital transformation journey to improve business competitiveness. It included a massive exhibition area that displayed state-of-the-art digital transformation technologies in the fields of education, healthcare, manufacturing, and banking... and numerous success stories from senior executives of leading enterprises such as FPT, EY, Masan, Nvidia... In particular, FPT Techday 2019 made a great impression on all attendees with its virtual operator developed on the FPT.AI platform, which took over the event registration and check-ins for thousands of guests.

During the two years of the Covid-19 pandemic, FPT Techday brought disruptive solutions to help the business community overcome challenges and ensure stable growth.

In 2020, with the theme of "Smart collaboration for productivity", FPT Techday created a digital business model that operates on real-time data - Enterprise Digital Operation Center 5.0. With the convergence of human intelligence and core technologies, enterprises can enhance labor efficiency, reduce waste, and foster growth. Furthermore, it could help them flexibly adapt to the new waves of the market as well as firmly recover and thrive in the future.

In 2021, with the theme of "Thrive in the Green Normal", FPT Techday launched a suite of 06 technology solutions that help businesses maintain resources, operate resiliently, and accelerate in every situation. It also created a playground for more than 2,000 programmers.

With the theme of "Accompanying the Future", FPT Techday 2022 affirms the rapid development and the inevitably vital role of technology as it always goes along with individuals and organizations.

It is also the first time that FPT brings about a comprehensive ecosystem of innovative services, products, and solutions for individuals and corporate customers, providing unique technology experiences to reveal how technology "accompanies" each person, each business, or organization.

3D mapping demonstration at FPT Techday 2022

Inspired by digital art spaces, FPT Techday 2022 creates an exhibition area of 9,000m2 using 3D mapping effects to serve the audience with incredible experiences.

FPT is one of the first players in applying 3D mapping in the exhibition area of thousands of square meters at the SECC. The creative mixture of light and colors will show how technology goes along with every stage of human life, bringing attendees a vivid, multi-sensory experience.

Services and products are divided into six core areas representing technology in each stage of human development from childhood to adulthood and how people can immerse themselves in a digital society and a dynamic, innovative future.

Visitors may walk around and discover their own natural abilities at the "Back to childhood" and "First start" areas.

The "Happy Family" area will provide attendees with convenient and cohesive technology solutions for their daily lives.

They can also engage themselves in the dynamic workplace and the digital future with FPT's latest technology solutions and platforms.

For instance, attendees can experience NextAMR - the first autonomous robot built by Vietnamese people for industrial production. It can transport goods with a weight limit of up to 1 ton, operating 24/7 and replacing a number of the workforce depending on specific applications.

In the factory, NextAMR can automatically find ways and move around flexibly without rails. Furthermore, it can proactively avoid people and other obstacles and stay updated about map changes. Finally, for metaverse believers, akaVerse - a technology solution that integrates the real-and-virtual world into one - will help design virtual showrooms and stores beyond physical limitations.

Seven speeches, one fireside chat, and three panel discussions with "hot" topics

Two in-depth conferences named "Accompanying towards a digital future" and "Companions in Digital Transformation", attended by top leaders and technology experts from global corporations, are expected to help attendees keep abreast of regional and international tech trends.

The morning agenda under the theme "Accompanying towards a digital future" will start with a speech on "The Digital Future: A brief outlook" by Mr. Vu Anh Tu - CTO of FPT Corporation. Then, Mr. Dane Anderson - Senior Vice President, International Research & Product, Forrester (America's leading market research company) - will specify tech trends and orientations in today's business.

The afternoon agenda will begin with the speech "Join FPT in Digital transformation" by FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, the captain who led the Corporation to go global and become the pioneer in the latest technology trends.
