On March 25th 2021, at the annual World Mobile Broadband & ISP Summit 2021 held in Hanoi by IDG Group Vietnam and the Radio & Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), the Board of Review released the result of Telecommunication Users Satisfaction survey. This award purpose is to seek and honor the telecom and fixed broadband suppliers in Vietnam whose customer service is considered the best from the user perspective.
FPT Telecom (A subsidiary of FPT) is proudly honored for the 3rd time consecutively in the IDG Vietnam prestige award with “Outstanding Telecommunication Supplier in fixed broadband Customer Service” after surpassing 4 criteria: “Affordable price”, “Customer service”, “Promotions” and “Crisis & Complaints Handle Speed”.
Mr. Chu Hung Thang - Deputy General Manager of FPT Telecom received “Outstanding Telecommunication Supplier in fixed broadband Customer Service” award
The award is reviewed with the data from User Satisfaction Survey from Jan to Mar 2021 in 11 provinces, considering over 8,400 individual and 300 enterprises responses.
Being this award recipient for some consecutive years is a concrete proof for FPT Telecom’s motto of customer-centered, which has been maintained and spreaded out thoroughly in the faculty. It is the top priority in every service, in renovation or replacement of product, regardless of scale. Deep understanding for Customers is not only a responsibility but also a guarantee from every department, from Technology Developers or Sales to Customer Service.
