IR Awards 2023: Investors and Financial Institutions Place Trust in FPT

On September 28, 2023, at the Best Investor Relations (IR) Activities of 2023 Awards (IR Awards 2023), FPT was named in the Top 3 of large capitalization companies with the most favored IR activities by investors and in the Top 3 of large capitalization companies with the most highly evaluated IR activities by financial institutions.

IR Awards 2023 is an award that recognizes transparency and efficiency in financial communication, accuracy in management, and outstanding performance in the IR activities of listed companies.
FPT continues to achieve a "double" win at the IR Awards, a prestigious award jointly organized by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and the FiLi e-magazine for over a decade (2011 - 2023).

FPT's stock has attracted significant attention due to its strong growth potential and high liquidity. In 2022, the average trading value of FPT shares reached 223 billion VND/session, a 7% increase compared to 2021. The ownership ratio of foreign investors is consistently at the ceiling of 49%, indicating a particular interest in its growth potential. For many years, the Corporation has maintained a sustainable double-digit growth rate and a dividend payout rate of about 35-40%.

The Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of FPT, in terms of revenue and profit before tax, in the five years from 2017 to 2022 reached 17% and 21%, respectively. The Return on Equity (ROE) has consistently exceeded 25%. Notably, in 2023, its market capitalization surpassed 5 billion USD (equivalent to 125.726 trillion VND as of September 6, 2023), ranking among the top 10 companies with the largest market capitalization on the Vietnam stock exchange.

For the first eight months of 2023, FPT achieved revenues and pre-tax profits of 32.827 trillion VND and 5.902 trillion VND, respectively, representing growth of 21.3% and 19.2% compared to the same period last year. In 2023, the Corporation aims to achieve revenue growth of 18.8% and profit growth of 18.2%, equivalent to 52.890 trillion VND and 9.055 trillion VND. The revenue from foreign markets is expected to reach 1 billion USD. 2023 is also the first year of implementing its DC5 strategy to become an organization that brings happiness to individuals, success to businesses, and prosperity to the nation.

In the "Comprehensive Survey Report on Securities Market Information Disclosure Activities in 2023," IR Awards 2023 also honored FPT as one of the large capitalization companies that met the information disclosure standard for seven consecutive years. According to the Organizing Committee, IR Awards has yet to record any listed company meeting the Information Disclosure Standard for 13 consecutive years since its establishment.
