Regional Award for FPT's Digital Transformation Solution - Stevie Awards

With contributions to the community in the fight against Covid-19 and innovative technology solutions, FPT was once again awarded the Stevie Awards - the only award for business innovation in the entire Asia-Pacific region in multiple categories. These honors affirm the capacity and position of a pioneering corporation driving the digital transformation process and FPT's efforts to improve life via technology - Technology for the benefits of mankind.

Specifically, FPT received the Gold Award in the area of Responding to Covid-19 - Enterprise's Most Valuable Contribution to the community for its efforts to Vietnam in the battle against Covid-19. In the ‘new normal’, FPT has been joining hands with the government and the community to promote economic growth and protect people against the diseases. Previously, in 2002, FPT received the Silver Award in the Enterprises category for providing the most effective response to Covid-19 (2020 Covid-19 Response Categories). The Organizing Committee regards FPT as a prime example of the rapid and timely implementation of large-scale social responsibility initiatives with far-reaching effects on the community. 

In the category of Innovation in product development and design, the Silver award went to the FPT CloudSuite solution - a suite of multi-cloud management solutions. In the category of innovation in technology, the Bronze award went to the akaAT solution - a comprehensive cross-platform automated testing solution. These two technologies are the components of the Made by FPT technology ecosystem, which assists businesses and organizations in accelerating digital transformation, increasing productivity, reducing costs, enhancing the customer experience, and optimizing their resources' tenacity to overcome obstacles. 

In 2021, FPT funded 183.6 billion VND for more than 100 social responsibility programs with the help of 37,180 staffs, offering the most practical spiritual and material values to 134,494 individuals throughout the country across nation. Activities primarily focus on assisting the community in the prevention and control of Covid-19 in order to achieve the dual objectives of economic development and safety for epidemic prevention; training digital human resources/high-quality human resources; assisting those in difficult circumstances, and blood donation... Especially, FPT did hold activities and campaigns to accompany communities across the nation to promote overall and complete digital transformation on the three pillars of the digital economy, digital governance, and digital society towards a digital nation model while adjusting to the new norm. FPT has fostered high-level interactions with leaders of over 40 localities, signed digital transformation cooperation agreements with 18 localities throughout the nation, and trained about a thousand local officials on digital transformation awareness. Typically, FPT eCovax digital vaccination program with more than 3,000 enterprises in Vietnam has free access to the program to enable ongoing operation regardless of distance, creating a complete green working environment and adjusting proactively to any changes. With the desire to establish an environment in which children who have lost their parents due to Covid-19 may be cared for, loved, educated, and trained, thus transforming their anguish into strengths, maturing, and contributing to the nation's development. The Chairman of FPT, Mr. Truong Gia Binh proposed the establishment of Hope School. Hope School, located in the FPT City Danang Urban Area, will accept 1,000 students aged 6 to 18 from all around the country and commit to training them for 20 years.

Parallel to the contribution activities to the community, FPT continually innovates, creates, and upgrades the Made by FPT technology ecosystem based on trendsetting technologies such as AI, Cloud, Big Data, Blockchain, and Hyper Automation in order to develop and provide products, solutions, and platforms that are open, reliable and flexible, intelligent, secure, and highly applicable in all fields, including e-government, communication telecommunications, healthcare, finance and banking, medicine, production and daily consumption. FPT anticipates that emerging technologies such as Cloud Computing (Cloud), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain Technology (Blockchain), etc. would enable the development of digital platforms and customer-facing solutions for tens of millions of users, hundreds of thousands of companies, and also adapt to world-class quality. 

FPT CloudSuite, one of the two Made by FPT products has been recognized at this year's Stevie Awards, assists organizations in managing resources, ensuring security requirements, and optimizing expenses on a multi-cloud platform. The set of solutions includes outstanding benefits such as centralized management on a homogeneous platform; support for the three most popular Cloud platforms today (AWS, Azure, and GCP); comprehensive solutions for digital experience, resource management, optimization, cost, and security; flexible deployment model supporting SaaS and on-premises deployment methods.... The solution package will enable organizations to test and launch ideas on the Cloud 20-30% faster than conventional techniques; eliminate 20-30% of security risks on the Cloud, and optimize up to 80% of the cost of use. 

As an automation tool, akaAT is an attractive alternative for enterprises seeking to boost productivity, optimize test coverage, enhance quality, and reduce expenses. akaAT has, for instance, assisted the international insurance company FWD in optimizing human resources and operational costs while enhancing client satisfaction. akaAT has enabled FWD to generate over 13,000 insurance product data from the illustration tool for automated testing, saving over 50 per cent of resources and enhancing accuracy and customer service capabilities when managing the insurance system. 
Thus, from 2020 to the present, FPT has received 11 Stevie Awards in the categories of Response to Covid-19, Innovation in technology, and Innovation in product development and design for solutions such as FPT.eContract, akaBot, akaChain, akaMES, akaAT, FPT CloudSuite, and activities to prevent Covid-19.

More than one hundred global business professionals evaluated and voted on goods and solutions to choose Gold, Silver, and Bronze prizes for the award categories.
