Strategy to improve resources with BrSE from FPT Software

IT engineers who join in the training program are both sponsored 100% of the tuition fees and directly participate in the projects and receive the same salary and benefits as official employees of the Company.

All IT engineers with over 2 years of experience in programming languages ​​Java, C ++, Net, Cobol ... have the opportunity to participate in the BrSE training program developed by FPT Software in 2021. The special allowance in this program is that IT engineers are sponsored by the company, total budget equivalent to more than 300 million VND for 10 months of study and participate in "hands-on battle" in projects with FPT Software’s Japanese customers. The above costs include accommodation costs, training and salary (social insurance payment) as an official employee of the Company.

Participating in the training program, the IT engineers not only improve their capacity, Japanese communication proficiency (equivalent to N3 + level), communication level B2, but also are trained to master vocational skills in programming such as: HouRen-So (Japanese effective teamwork strategy), listening, writing and recording project processes ... This is to ensure that after graduation, candidates can continue to work and experience life in Japan with a salary of 3,500 USD (not including other allowances in Japan) or can work in projects for Japanese customers in Vietnam.
