Up to now, FPT Corporation has had 23 years of accompanying the sector in all aspects, such as medical examination and treatment, preventive healthcare, pharmacy, medical training, and administration.

FPT Chairman and the leadership team proposed solutions for national problems on digital transformation and database construction of the healthcare industry.

Regarding digital transformation for local Health Departments, FPT Corporation has deployed specialized IT systems for 18 localities, including central provinces and cities like Dong Nai, Quang Ninh, Long An, Lam Dong, Tra Vinh, Dong Thap, and HCMC. In particular, Dong Thap Department of Health pioneered the development of the Digital Health Data Warehouse, supported by FPT Corporation.

For medical examination and treatment, more than 300 hospitals have been using the FPT.eHospital hospital management system nationwide, many of which are national hospitals such as Cho Ray Hospital, Bach Mai Hospital, Vietnam National Children's Hospital, and National Otorhinolaryngology Hospital.

FPT Corporation was also the pioneer in successfully implementing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the paperless hospital model (without using paper records) for Hai Phong International Hospital. The model was then replicated in other hospitals such as Quang Ninh  General Hospital, Nghe An General Hospital...

FPT's healthcare solutions and products serve about 20 million medical examination or treatment visits every year. Moreover, they provide practical support to tens of thousands of medical staff, doctors, and employees in their daily duties. Integrating digital solutions into the health care system has helped reduce patient waiting time and save time for prescription writing. It is estimated that FPT's technology has saved about one million man-days per year, reducing the burden on medical staff and facilitating resource preservation.

In order to improve the services offered to the health care industry with enthusiasm and technological capabilities, Mr. Truong Gia Binh proposed to the leaders of the Health Ministry to allow FPT to accompany solving national problems in the database, such as building the national digital health database connected to the national population database (in terms of medical examination and treatment, human resource, medical equipment, medicines...). Moreover, he mentioned the comprehensive digital transformation, shifting to a paperless healthcare industry by digitizing paper records. Besides, top priorities should be electronic authentication solutions, digital transactions, and non-cash payments - which are competitive products of FPT in Vietnam and abroad.

In the field of communication, FPT has made noteworthy contributions to the Ministry of Health. FPT Online – FPT's subsidiary - has formed the Health ecosystem through communication channels. The company conducts regular health communication activities and organizes honor events to encourage medical staff, doctors, and nurses who dedicate themself to a healthy Vietnam. The Chairman also proposed companionship with the Ministry of Health on the nursing honor initiatives in the coming time. The programs aim to spread positivity and praise nurses for their outstanding performance, and draw the public attention to their significant impact on the healthcare industry. He also expressed his desire to obtain consent from the Ministry of Health to advise FPT Online to be the organizing team for medical staff's running races to spread the spirit of sport among doctors and nurses.

In the field of Digital Government, FPT has accompanied more than 30 provinces and cities in implementing Urban Digital Transformation and Smart City. FPT also develops the "Made-by-FPT" ecosystem to accelerate the digital transformation process toward the digital enterprise model, thereby optimizing productivity and increasing competitiveness.

In the Digital Society, FPT focuses on two essential areas: smart health and smart education. In particular, FPT's digital health platforms and solutions have been used in hundreds of hospitals and medical facilities nationwide, bringing an easy and convenient experience to millions of people and serving medical administration tasks timely and effectively.

Aiming at paving the way for Vietnam's digital transformation process, FPT has joined hands with the Government, ministries, sectors, localities, and businesses to gradually transform the nation over the years, bringing a better life for the people.
