FPT.AI is recognized as the digital platform "Make in Vietnam"

On October 30, 2020, the Ministry of Information and Communications held the Launching Ceremony of FPT.AI Comprehensive Artificial Intelligence Platform. This is part of the event series to introduce Make-in-Vietnam digital platforms, aiming to implement the "National digital transformation program until 2025, with a vision toward 2030" just approved by the Prime Minister.

The national digital transformation program has a dual purpose of both developing digital government, digital economy, digital society and establishing Vietnamese digital businesses with global capacity.

Pike has talked to 160,734 users, answered 1,340,746 messages. The number of products sold through chatbot increased by 20%, the workload reduced by 60% and a new business model was created.
