Fortune Honors FPT Americas Among The Best Places to Work in Texas

FPT Americas (a subsidiary of FPT Software) was recently honored by Fortune Magazine's global authority on workplace culture - Great Place To Work - in the Top 100 best places to work in Texas, USA. The results were based on direct surveys with employees.

The Best Places to Work in America list is divided into four regions: Chicago, New York, Texas, and the Bay Area. Accordingly, Vietnamese enterprise FPT Americas entered the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Texas in 2023.

Through Great Place To Work's independent survey of corporate employees, FPT Americas was rated the highest (over 90%) in five aspects: a flexible working policy that promotes equity, trust, and empowerment of the management team, a friendly and open culture, comprehensive support facilities, and equality.

Specifically, 93% of employees recognized the Company as providing a positive working mechanism, boosting creativity and productivity through creative breaks. 92% of employees appreciate leadership for promoting empowerment to reach their full potential. Other criteria, such as employee onboarding, fair and equal treatment, physical resources and support, are also highly appreciated, with over 90%.

FPT Software intends to expand its campus to Atlanta, Los Angeles, or Dalla with modern integrated facilities to enhance employees' creativity and productivity. In addition, the Company will also shake hands with partners to deploy FPT urban areas for employees living in the largest economy in the world.

Every year, it also spends tens of millions of USD on training activities, buying courses from Udacity, Udemy, British Council... to help employees improve their knowledge and get international certificates.

After 15 years of presence in the US market, FPT Americas owns 12 offices spread across nine states and three offices in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Colombia. With nearly 500 employees, of which 50% are indigenous people across the states, FPT Americas provides the most advanced technologies to customers in 30 states of the US.

In early 2023, FPT acquired the IT Services of Intertec International (USA). The strategic step helps FPT expand its operation to Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico (where Intertec's technology production centers are located). Moreover, it enhances the capacity of the Agile Software segment to meet the market demand. Together with FPT's network of 22 technology centers globally, FPT Americas can serve customers in all time zones and locations and explore opportunities in other English-speaking countries.

In order to promote the business strategy in the largest and fastest growing market of FPT, FPT Americas aims to expand its presence and increase its staff size to 1,000 people in the Latin America region in the next two years. At the same time, it will constantly provide technology services, accelerating digital transformation for nearly 100 businesses on the Fortune Global 500 list.

Previously in 2018, FPT also acquired 90% of the shares of Intellinet, one of the best ever-increasing digital consulting firms in the US assessed by Consulting Magazine in 2017.
