FPT among 'Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2018'

On September 14th, at the HR Asia Award ceremony 2018, FPT was honored in the category of Best Companies to Work. There were 28 Vietnamese companies out of 130 honored companies.

Winners will be selected from pool of nominees among 24 industries based on the criteria: working environment, HR practices, employee engagement and job satisfaction.

This year, Vietnam witnessed for the first time crowning of best companies to work for in Vietnam Chapter. To be qualified as best companies to work for, nominees had to meet all the requirements from HR Asia. At least 20 employees or 20% of employees were asked affirmative statements about employee engagement, workplace culture and development opportunities.

After 30 years, from the first 13 founders, FPT has more than 33,000 employees with an average age of 28, presents in 33 countries around the world. There are 1,424 foreign employees with 29 nationalities. In the last 10 years, FPT's human resources have grown by nearly 16% per year. It is expected that in the period 2018 - 2020, FPT will maintain the growth rate of about 18% and reach more than 50,000 by 2020.
