FPT.iHRP arrives in Saigon Tourist

Late August, FPT IS won a contract to deploy the special human resource (HR) and salary integrated system FPT.iHRP for Saigon Tourist.

This was one IT project of the scheme named "Restructuring Saigon Tourist in the period of 2013-2015" under the direction of the People's Committee about ICT development orientation for corporations.

It was expected that the project would be implemented in one year, including 9 main modules: system management, recruitment management, HR management, training management, attendance management, salary management, insurance management, staff performance evaluation and Website. The project would be applied to the corporation and 16 its member companies.

After being completed, FPT.iHRP would help Saigon Tourist unify the management process, improve the personnel organization from overview to detail, then creating a basis for long-term HR plans, staff training etc.

Besides, the standardized process would help Saigon Tourist’s leaders, managers, HR departments and staff to save time for administrative tasks (documents, letters, emails, fax ...). HR data was managed centrally in order to improve and boost productivity.

However, with the effort and concentration of the team, I believe that FPT.iHRP will meet the needs and satisfy the large customer like Saigon Tourist ", stated Deputy General Director of FPT IS GMC Le Nguyen Diem.

Saigon Tourist currently manages 8 travel service companies, 54 hotels, 13 resorts and 28 restaurants. In the field of the ​​joint venture, Saigon Tourist has invested in more than 50 joint-stock companies, limited companies and 9 joint ventures with foreign capital.
