FPT IS Launches Electronic PIT Withholding Document Management Solution - FPT. ePIT

FPT.ePIT is developed by FPT Information System Company Limited (FPT IS - a subsidiary of FPT Corporation) to automate the management and issuance of PIT withholding documents. 

FPT.ePIT helps PIT-paying enterprises and organizations efficiently provide documents to employees and link data with the General Department of Taxation system according to the standards prescribed by Decree 123, Circular 78, Circular 111 of the Ministry of Finance.

With FPT.ePIT, accountants and HR staff of enterprises and organizations can create, update, replace, adjust, cancel and look up PIT withholding documents. In addition, employees and related parties can search and verify documents on the website https://tracuuhoadon.fpt.com.vn/.

FPT.ePIT was officially launched on 12 Aug with two options: onCloud & onPrem

Currently, customers using FPT.eInvoice onCloud will be upgraded to integrate FPT.ePIT when registering to purchase the document package. In addition, businesses can deploy FPT.ePIT individually to manage the documents on their infrastructure actively. The solution can also be applied to systems that do not have FPT.eInvoice. In particular, with a rich API library, FPT.ePIT is ready to integrate with human resource management software, helping improve operational efficiency.

As prescribed, from 01/07/2022, PIT-paying organizations must apply electronic PIT withholding documents. Therefore, establishing FPT.ePIT is considered timely, highly applicable, and meeting urgent needs.
