FPT IS starts 2 digital transformation projects for MobiFone

"Upgrading centralized sales system" and "Setting up electronic systems in stores" for MobiFone are deployed by FPT IS within one year.

FPT IS will build and upgrade the centralized sales system for MobiFone by using advanced and user-friendly platform instead of the former one which was out of date, poorly compatible and hard to be extended.

The centralized sales system plays a key role in managing and supporting MobiFone's sales operations. After being deployed, this system will help MobiFone improve the quality of its sales, increase the competitiveness and step into e-commerce market. In addition to the e-commerce development, FPT IS also adds many other features to the system. The interface of sales section is converted from Applet to the Web HTML platform to make it more convenient for users.

The two projects by FPT IS are expected to help MobiFone improve customer experience and have new business development directions.

Besides, FPT IS will build a new electronic transaction system for all MobiFone stores that applies new technologies such as AI Chatbot, IoT, Smart kios etc. Within 1 year, FPT IS will upgrade all 3 tools to create a closed cycle from receipting - transacting - ending transaction.

The new system helps reduce the time for each transaction, making transactions easier for customers. In addition, this system will store and manage customers' information, increase customer identification and enhance the profession of MobiFone stores.
