A trader at Ben Thanh market shared: "I used to just take notes in notebooks since I didn't know how to use technology and was scared to switch. However, today, after receiving enthusiastic guidance from FPT staff, I discovered that the BizNext program was really simple and easy to use. There is no need to purchase any further equipment because order creation, money calculations, and invoice generation may all be completed over the phone. Since the invoices are clear and the records are kept more neatly, selling is now safer.”

The positive feedback on the launch day is clear evidence of the practical value that BizNext brings, paving the way for the possibility of replication to many traditional markets, individual stores and small businesses nationwide.

The private economic sector currently contributes about 42–45% of Vietnam's GDP, of which small and micro businesses account for a large proportion in quantity, playing an essential role in the value chain. Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo affirmed: The private economy is one of the most important driving forces of the economy, a pioneering force in innovation and technology application.

In the context of e-commerce, mobile banking and digital platforms becoming increasingly popular, business households are facing a great opportunity to transform and upgrade their management models. Lessons from China – where street vendors and roadside stalls also use QR codes, e-wallets, and invoice printing software – show that technology is not only for large enterprises, but is becoming an essential tool for all forms of business.

According to Decree 70/2025/ND-CP, from June 1, 2025, business households with revenue of 1 billion VND/year will be required to use electronic invoices. By 2026, according to Resolution 198/2025/QH15, the tax lump-sum mechanism will be abolished, completely replaced by the form of declaring and paying taxes based on invoices. This is not simply a change in procedures, but an opportunity for business households to gradually approach a transparent legal system, operate systematically, and at the same time increase access to credit policies, support digitalization and long-term development.

The Prime Minister recently took even more drastic measures, directing the Ministry of Finance to invite IT companies to develop software that will help small and medium-sized businesses and business households adopt electronic invoices generated from cash registers while adhering to regulations in light of the current economic climate.

FPT, accompanying small traders, business households, and small enterprises in Vietnam on the journey of digital transformation, joining hands to promote private economic development according to the latest direction of the Prime Minister and Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo, has officially launched BizNext. This is a new generation sales management platform designed specifically for small businesses, individual households, grocery stores, restaurants, salons, etc. who need a simple tool, without investing in complex equipment, economical but professional, effective to control business activities, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations on invoices and taxes.
