FPT to be Honored Among the Top 10 Best Large-Scale Workplaces in Vietnam for 2023

Anphabe Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Intage - a market research company, has released the list of Vietnam's best places to work for 2023. FPT, along with Nestlé Vietnam, Abbott, Acecook, and Coca-Cola, has been ranked among the top 10 best large-scale workplaces.

The survey for Vietnam's Best Places to Work in 2023 was conducted from April to September. The organizers measured the employer brand attractiveness of 752 companies, with evaluations from 63,878 experienced employees across 18 industry sectors. This year, the survey expanded to include 9,638 students and 340 businesses nationwide. The ranking consists of two categories: the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for large enterprises and the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for medium-sized enterprises.

FPT, along with Nestlé Vietnam, Abbott, Acecook, and Coca-Cola, has been ranked among the top 5 best large-scale workplaces.

In 2023, FPT consistently achieved awards for its excellent work environment. In September, FPT Corporation received the prestigious certification of "Great Place to Work." The Great Place to Work survey revealed that FPT Corporation received the highest ratings from employees in the fairness index, work environment index, pride index, colleague bonding index, and leadership satisfaction index. The Best Places to Work in Vietnam is an annual workplace ranking sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The evaluation methodologies are validated by Intage Vietnam. Initiated in 2013, the survey for The Best Places to Work in Vietnam allows businesses to scientifically and professionally measure strengths and weaknesses based on a five-stage talent attraction period: awareness, interest, application, desire, and priority selection. Anphabe provides recruitment solutions and represents Workplace from Meta and LinkedIn in Vietnam. The trademark "Vietnam Best Places to Work" has been registered with the Intellectual Property Office since 2018.
